Elizabeth offers mindful meditation, teachings, and readings, and creates space for personal reflection and writing. We will share our stories and explore together how we can love and thrive as we move into the next phase of life. As we attend to our actions and deeds, we thoughtfully curate ‘the verbs of our life’!
